Commercial Service

Step 1.Business and Commercial Services

  • Commercial customers, such as businesses, shopping centers and multi-family communities will be provided commercial front-load dumpsters when services are activated.
  • The Solid Waste Division provides various sized containers: 2, 4, 6 and 8 cubic yards with many frequency options per week. Some location's may require compactor and/or roll-off service based on the volume of refuse.
  • Collection is generally provided Monday through Friday.
  • Service frequency can be tailored to meet your needs.
  • Commercial recycling is an open market in the City of Dunedin. If your business is interested in recycling, you may contact any local recycling provider to set up service. The Solid Waste Division can assist implementation by providing a complementary waste audit.

Appliance Disposal

Step 1.Appliance Disposal

The Solid Waste Division insures that appliances containing ozone depleting gases, like Freon, are recovered and recycled properly.

Step 2.How to Dispose

  • Multi-family collection (bill paid to association) of large appliances (along with other bulky items) must be routed through approval of the community's HOA, management company, or representative of the utility account. Electronic collections not provided in multi-family from communities or mobile home parks.
  • Instructions on placement will be communicated when you contact our Solid Waste Division.
