Our pavilions provide the perfect outdoor setting for hosting a family reunion, birthday party, baby shower, or other get-togethers.
- Pavilion rentals are available in 4-hour time blocks: 9:00 am-1:00 pm or 2-6:00 pm.
- Certain locations offer grills, electric, and water.
- If you intend to bring bounce houses or moonwalks, you will need to provide proof of liability insurance that names the City of Dunedin as additionally insured. Proof of liability insurance must be presented at the time of reservation.
- Commercial activities on any public lands belonging to the City are prohibited, except for any commercial activities performed under a franchise or license agreement granted by the City.
- Please note that renting a pavilion does not guarantee exclusive use of the park or its amenities.

$50 / pavilion, per time block
$60 / gazebo located at Edgewater Park
Electric is available at most locations upon request for an additional $25.
Picnic Pavilions at Highlander Park (Pool & Sprayground)
The two pavilions located at Highlander Park, 1937 Ed Eckert Drive (near Highlander Pool and the Kiwanis Sprayground) are available in 2-hour time blocks: 9-11:00 am, 11:30 am-1:30 pm, and 2-4:00 pm. Parties and groups are welcome to use the Kiwanis Sprayground but must rent a pavilion. Pavilion rentals do not provide you with exclusive use of the park or its amenities.
Small Pavilion (up to 20 people):
• $50 Resident; $60 Non-Resident (per time block)
• Rental includes 20 wristbands for admission to the Sprayground
Large Pavilion (up to 30 people):
• $60 Resident; $70 Non-Resident (per time block)
• Rental includes 20 wristbands for admission to the Sprayground
For more than 30 people, both pavilions must be rented. Electric is available upon request for an additional $25.
Reservation Assistance
Reservation assistance is available in person at the Dunedin Community Center, 1920 Pinehurst Road on Monday-Thursday from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm; Fridays from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
