Fitness Facilities & Programs


The Fitness Center is located inside the Dunedin Community Center. It features Nautilus Nitro Strength Equipment, Precor Cardio Equipment, including ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent bikes, and a wall mounted TRX stretch trainer. The adjoining stretch and weight room includes free weights, dumbbells, weighted curl bars, medicine balls, stability balls, and foam rollers.

Personal Training



Carie Watts is originally from the suburbs of Chicago and has lived in Florida with her husband and three independent teenaged gals for the past 7 years. Training isn't just a job to her, it's a passion. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Carie loves watching her clients transform through fitness and believes fitness should be balanced with a persons lifestyle to remain sustainable.



Along with our personal trainer, you can train with a buddy, or 1-on-1.

  • Private 30-minute: $32 w/ Rec Card
  • Private 45-minute: $40 w/ Rec Card
  • Private Hour: $44 w/ Rec Card
  • Bring-a-Buddy (1 hr): $32 each w/ Rec Card
