In November 2018, the City of Dunedin and Achieva Credit Union partnered together to expand and bring new improvements to the Achieva Paw Park located on Achieva's corporate campus at 1659 Achieva Way, Dunedin. Construction for the dog park expansion began in November 2018 and was completed in January 2019.
The 2019 expansion and improvements included the following:
Both the large and small dog areas were expanded, fence height increased from 4-feet to 6-feet in the large dog area, (1) shade structure was installed, and over 20 new trees planted for additional shading, and additional benches, picnic tables and water fountain was installed. Existing amenities include dog agility poles, tunnels, waste receptacles and cleaning stations.
