Welcome to The City of Dunedin's Utility Bill Pay

*This system performs a backup nightly between the hours of 11pm-6am. You may experience an interruption of service between those hours.

*Please Note:  Our online website is unable to accept Discover card payments at this time. Discover card payments can be made in our office, M-F from 7AM to 6PM.

If your water has been disconnected for nonpayment and service needs to be restored please call our office at 727-298-3024 after payment has been made.

Utility customers can now login to pay bills and view account information online. Features include; access to past bills, historical usage, average usage and graphical usage information.

To view your utility bill and account information online, you will need to complete the following steps to set-up your online account. After the account has been initially set-up, you will only need your account number and password/PIN to logon.
You must have an e-mail account and your most recent utility bill on hand.

If you have lost your bill please contact utility billing at 727-298-3024. They will be able to provide you with the information needed to set-up your online account.

Click on the " Create PIN" button on the left side menu bar.

Type in all required information and click the " Submit" button. All required information can be found on your most recent utility bill.

Please Note:

The " Account ID" field refers to your Account Number and must be entered exactly as your Account Number appears on your utility bill with the dash and no spaces (for example: 12345-4321).

Here you will need to create a " New PIN," and " PIN Hint" by following the instructions online. The PIN is a password you will create. You will also need to enter and verify your Email Address, then click the " Submit" button.

Click on Exit. You will soon receive an e-mail verifying the information submitted on the registration page. Open the e-mail and click on the blue, underlined text to continue the registration process.

When you click on the above e-mail verification blue hyperlink, this will bring you to a web page to enter your Account Number and PIN/password.

After you have set-up your account through this initial process, you will be able to access your account by simply going to the Online Utility Billing page and clicking on the " Returning User Sign In" button.


Having trouble saving your credit card info in the online billfold?
If you entered your credit card information and selected the "Save this card information in my billfold" check box and you do not see the saved card information when you try to "Pay Now," follow these directions:
1. While logged into your account, click the "Make Payments" button on the left menu.
2. Click the "On-Demand" button (you will see the saved credit card info and other options).
3. Select the saved credit card you would like to pay with and "Pay Now."
