The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) has announced, beginning on Monday, March 30th, it will temporarily suspend the downtown St. Petersburg Looper service as well as the South Clearwater Beach Jolley Trolley route due to a lack of ridership brought on by business and hotel closures until further notice.
