Participants are required to sign a registration form/wavier in person. Forms for participants under 18 years must be signed by the parent or legal guardian.
Register Online / Make a Payment
To Register Online the participant must have a valid Rec Card or have an online accessible account to use online registration. Selected children's activities (TGFH, camps, etc.) must have a Child's Emergency/Identification Form on file with our office before registering online. View/Download Forms. Register in person at the Dunedin Community Center, Hale Senior Activity Center, MLK, Jr. Recreation Center or Highlander Pool (open seasonally, pool activities only).
All programs must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Payment cannot be taken over the phone. Payments must be made in person or online. We accept check, cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Checks should be made payable to "City of Dunedin."
