The City of Dunedin entered into an agreement with the Toronto Blue Jays in November 2017 to keep their Spring Training and Minor League operations in Dunedin for the next 25 years. The agreement outlines and provides for renovations to the Dunedin Stadium located at 373 Douglas Avenue and the expansion of the Player Development Complex (PDC) into the Louis A.
