The city-owned Marina is located on the intracoastal waterway between the Dunedin and Clearwater Causeways. The entrance channel is east of channel marks #4 and #5 if traveling by water. By land, the Marina is at the west end of Main Street off Route Alt-19 and across from Edgewater Park. The Marina is an enterprise operation. It is entirely funded and maintained from revenues raised from slip rentals and ramp fees.

Boat Ramp Fees
The boat ramp is open to the public. Anyone using the boat ramp must purchase a permit. The permit does not guarantee a parking space. It is best to come early as parking is limited. Permits are available at the Harbormaster's Office.


Daily Boat Ramp Fee: $7 for Residents; $15 for Non-Residents
Annual Pass: $60 for Residents; $200 for Non-Residents

Monthly Slip Rentals - View Marina Map & Slips
The Marina consists of 193 slips: 9 commercial, 7 day docks, 7 municipal, 1 ADA accessible and 169 recreational slips of various sizes. The fees below are the resident rates and include tax. Non-Residents must pay twice the amount of the resident rate.
25' slip rental (max boat length 23'):  $197.68
30' slip rental (max boat length 28'):  $225.77
35' slip rental (max boat length 34'):  $268.57
50' slip rental (max boat length 43'):  $324.75
60' slip rental (max boat length 55'):  $458.50

Slip Rental Agreements & Regulations
Below, please find the instructions to submit a new Revocable Use Agreement for both Commerical and Non-Commercial slips along with a fillable form for the Agreement. Every slip renter must also submit a Rules and Regulations Acknowledgement Form. Please email the Harbormaster or call (727) 298-3030 with any questions.

Slip Renters Parking Permit

Marina parking permit decals are available to current slip renters only. To obtain your parking decal, please see the Harbormaster in person. You will need to bring a copy of the vehicle registration for each car you need a decal. Decals are $5 per vehicle. View Marina Parking Permits for decal placement.

Transient Slip Fees
Per Night: $0.90/foot + tax for Residents; $1.50/foot + tax for Non-Residents
Per Month*: Twice the monthly resident slip fee (see above)
*No advance reservations.

Day Docks
The Marina consists of 7 day docks. Tie up at the Marina to enjoy lunch and visit the downtown shops and restaurants. Day docks are free to use, limited to less than 24 hours.

Boat Club, Windlasses, and the Dunedin Youth Sailing Association

The Dunedin Boat ClubDunedin Windlasses and the Dunedin Youth Sailing Association, are located in the buildings on the west wall. Restrooms, picnic and play areas are located in Edgewater Park, across from the Marina, for your convenience. Charter services are available on the commercial dock for those interested in fishing and sightseeing. The Marina Advisory Committee meets on the third Monday of each month at 5:15 p.m. in the Harbormaster's Office. All are invited to attend.

Marina Advisory Committee

The Marina Advisory Committee meets on the third Monday of each month at the Municipal Marina, 51 Main Street, Dunedin. The meetings convene 5:15 PM in the Coast Guard Auxiliary Classroom, located on the second floor. Meetings are open to the general public. The meeting minutes are available through the Parks & Recreation Administration Office, (727) 812-4531.
