Gates open at 5:30 pm; baseball game begins 6:30 pm
Dunedin Stadium

Celebrate America and enjoy a baseball game with the Dunedin Blue Jays vs Tampa Tarpons. Baseball game begins at 6:30pm with fireworks show to follow and conclude the night with a live concert. Presented by the City of Dunedin and Dunedin Blue Jays. Free to attend but you must obtain a free ticket from the Box Office on the day of the event. Support local families in need by bringing a donation for the Dunedin Cares Food Pantry to the game. Fans who bring 3+ items will receive a ticket voucher for a free ticket to the Dunedin Blue Jays game on Thursday, July 12. A fifties rock-n-roll star pays a surprise visit to a small town where he encounters a host of hilarious characters and madcap happenings: a kidnapped football player, an empty-headed waitress, a charmingly clumsy couple, a trio of cheerleaders and impersonations of famous fifties rock stars. Add to this a powerhouse collection of original rock & roll songs and you have a musical that will really rock the stage. $10 / ticket. Christmas in July

It’s Christmas at the pool! Experience the holiday spirit by dancing to your favorite holiday music, enjoying holiday themed games and races, trying your luck at the Elf raffle, S’Mores and of course, Santa! Back to School Open House & Expo

MLK, Jr. Recreation Center

Bring the whole family to get prepared for the school year. Help save money with school supply give-aways and visit local exhibitors providing information on health and wellness, safety, finances and much more. Kids will enjoy hands-on activities and games. The first 200 children in attendance will receive a free backpack. Free to attend. Vendors wanted: $25/vendor; free for non-profit organizations. Presented by Dunedin Parks & Recreation. Purple Heart Recognition Day

Midnite Madness (9-14 yrs)

7 pm - 12 midnight
MLK, Jr. Recreation Center / Stirling Skate Park

Skate and play ‘til midnight and test your skills on extreme inflatables, mobile gaming and laser tag. The fun also includes mini skate jams, music, give-aways and a snack food buffet.
