ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND HELD AT DUNEDIN CITY HALL, 542 MAIN STREET. All meetings are dependent upon caseload and quorum established, and availability of City Hall Chambers.
Please check the Application Process for all actions that require a public hearing. Once City staff has accepted a completed application including all required fees and attachments, dates for hearings will be scheduled.
Local Planning Agency
(meets 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm)
Board of Adjustment & Appeal
(Meets 3rd Wednesday of the month at 3:00 pm)
The Building Board of Adjustment and Appeal cases will be heard by the Local Planning Agency, as required.
All meeting agendas are posted on the City's website under Agendas & Minutes (located on the Home page) by the Friday evening prior to the board meeting the following week.
If the project requires public hearings by the Dunedin City Commission, those meetings will be scheduled through the City Clerk's office based upon availability. (City Commission generally meets 2 Thursdays per month).
