As the City of Dunedin prepares to undergo the construction of the new City Hall Complex, City Departments located at the Municipal Services Building and the Technical Services Building are moving out of their current buildings and relocating to temporary locations. The new City Hall Complex will be constructed at 737 Louden Avenue, which is the existing site of the Municipal Services and Technical Services buildings.
