As the City of Dunedin prepares to undergo the construction of the new City Hall Complex, City Departments located at the Municipal Services Building and the Technical Services Building are moving out of their current buildings and relocating to temporary locations. The new City Hall Complex will be constructed at 737 Louden Avenue, which is the existing site of the Municipal Services and Technical Services buildings. The 1.7 acre site will allow for the new City Hall to be built in a campus like setting with a corresponding vertical parking structure located across the street on the former First Baptist Church property now referred to as 500 Wood Street.

Please note: The current City Hall at 542 Main Street will continue to be operational until the new City Hall Complex, which will be constructed at 737 Louden Avenue, opens in the fall of 2021.

Below are FAQs regarding the new, City Hall Complex and building transitions. More information may be added as the project progresses and information is confirmed.
