Municipal Services and Technical Services Departments Moving

As the City of Dunedin prepares to commence construction of the new City Hall Complex, City Departments located in both the Municipal Services Building (750 Milwaukee Ave) and the Technical Services Building (737 Louden Ave) are moving out of their current buildings and relocating to temporary locations.

The new, City Hall Complex will be constructed at 737 Louden Avenue, which is the existing site of the Municipal Services Building and Technical Services Building. The 1.7 acre site will allow for the new City Hall to be built in a campus like setting with a corresponding vertical parking structure located across the street on the former First Baptist Church property now referred to as 500 Wood Street.
Please note: The current City Hall at 542 Main Street will continue to be operational until the new City Hall Complex opens in the fall of 2021.

The Finance & Purchasing Department will be relocated to the Dunedin Community Center at 1920 Pinehurst Road on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 with regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

The Departments of Human Resources & Risk Management and Utility Billing will be relocated to the MLK, Jr. Recreation Center located at 550 Laura Lane on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 with regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm. The current utility bill payment drop box located outside Municipal Services building, will also be moved to the new temporary location and will continue to accept check payments.

Economic Development, City Clerk, Planning & Development (Building Division, Code Enforcement Division, Zoning Division) and the Engineering Division will be relocated to 1415 Pinehurst Road.
Exact move dates coming soon.
