It's the 38th Kiwanis-Virginia Street Dermatology Midnight Run on the Dunedin Causeway. Kick off Independence Day on July 3, with a 1 mile run/walk, a 5K Run at 11:25 p.m. and a 10K Run at 12:15 AM Monday, July 4th 2016. Register on-line or the night of the race.

Hammock Park Adoption Program & Air Potato Patrol
The "Friends of the Hammock" organization is offering training programs throughout the summer to help preserve the park. Volunteers will be assigned a zone of the park to watch and maintain. You will be trained to recognize, report and remove invasive species, as well as be introduced to new volunteer opportunities that include monitoring the re-growth of native plants, gopher tortoise monitoring, water table measuring and photo documentation.

Alternate US 19 ( SR 595) Corridor Studies Visioning Charrettes
Please join the Florida Department of Transportation, District 7, in cooperation with Forward Pinellas, in developing a Future Vision for Alternate US 19 at the Visioning Charrettes that are being held in the jurisdictions along the corridor study area. The Dunedin charrette will be held at the Hale Senior Activity Center on June 6, from 6-8 p.m.

Reclaimed Water Update
Please note: The reclaimed water system is experiencing high reclaimed water demands because of the drought. There may be times when the reclaimed pressure is low or non-existent. We are striving to provide water to all of our reclaimed water customers, but we need everyone's help. Please check your irrigation timer and make sure that the timer is set to the proper day and time for irrigation.

City of Dunedin residents are eligible for a 20 percent discount on all designated paid parking. Residents can sign up via the Parkmobile app or by registering in person at the City Permit Department; 737 Louden Avenue, 2nd Floor. Office Hours are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.; 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The City of Dunedin is committed to providing residents with a safe and reliable supply of high-quality drinking water. We test our water using sophisticated equipment and advanced procedures. The City of Dunedin's potable (drinking) water meets state and federal standards for appearance and safety. The "Annual Consumer Confidence Report," required by the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), tells you where your water comes from, testing results, and other things you should know about your drinking water.
