City Hall

We Want to Hear From You!

There are a couple of ways to get in touch with the employees of the City of Dunedin. We work hard to make your quality of life the best we can make it every day. We have implemented the Dunedin Citizen's Support Center to help streamline communication between our citizens and their local government. Dunedin Citizen's Support Center is a new process developed to track and monitor citizen's needs and is intended to improve the City of Dunedin's response time to your questions, concerns and service requests.

It's easy, click here to go to the Dunedin Citizen Support Center. You'll have the option to find answers, (to the most frequently asked questions), ask a new question, or make a service request. You can create an account to check the status of your question or request.

City Manager's Hotline

After trying the above, you still have an unresolved issue that you'd like to bring to the attention of the City Manager, there are three ways to do so:

  • Send an e-mail to the City Manager Hotline
  • Call the hotline voicemail at 727-298-3311 and leave a message.
  • Call 727-298-3006 to tell your request to a City Hall administrator.

Don't forget to leave your name and contact info...
We'll try to answer your question within 24 hours. However, for more complicated issues it may take up to five (5) business days for us to research the situation and reply.

Thank you for taking interest in your local government!
