Online Registration is available for selected classes and programs, including:
**Initial enrollment for each school year must be done in person at the Dunedin Community Center. The enrollment forms and other information for the Before & After School Program will be available at the Dunedin Community Center. You may also print out the forms using the link in the paragraphs below. Child must have a Dunedin Recreation I.D. card to enroll. You may call the Registration Office (727-812-4530) for additional information.
The City of Dunedin Parks & Recreation Department is proud to offer activity registration online to Dunedin residents and non-residents alike. Child's Emergency/Identification Record Form
One form must be filled out by a parent/legal guardian for each individual child. This original form must be kept on file at the Registration Office. It is the parent's responsibility to provide updated information on this form to the Registration Office at the Dunedin Community Center. Parent should periodically request to see and review this form at the Dunedin Community Center to ensure that it contains the most up-to-date information, such as contact names and phone numbers. We have made this form available online for you to download and fill out prior to coming into our office. We hope this will make the process of registering for children's activities more convenient. Before &After School Program Enrollment The forms must be filled out by a parent/legal guardian for each individual child. We have made these forms available online for you to download and fill out prior to coming into our office.
