The Dunedin Housing Authority (DHA) is a quasi-governmental entity and a political subdivision of the State of Florida. It has an independent and autonomous Board of Commissioners, which is appointed by the City of Dunedin Commissioners. The Authority provides oversight and policy-making responsibilities.

The goal is to provide quality affordable housing opportunities to a variety of individuals and families that otherwise would not be able to achieve home ownership. Presently there are two locations within the City of Dunedin that staff is working to produce affordable housing. These initiatives are partnered with Pinellas County Community Development, Pinellas County Housing Authority and Habitat for Humanity.
