JUNE 3, 2010

1. ORDINANCE 10-06:COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

There will be a public hearing regarding an ordinance which amends the entire Capital Improvement Element of the 2025 City of Dunedin - Comprehensive Plan.

2. ORDINANCE 10-09: CHARTER AMENDMENT
There will be a public hearing regarding an ordinance which amends Dunedin City Charter, Section 5.03 Elections to increase the term length of the Commission from three (3) years to four (4) years.


JUNE 17, 2010

1. ORDINANCE 10-08: AMENDMENT TO THE UNIFORM DEVELOPMENT CODE

There will be a public hearing on an ordinance repealing in their entirety all definitions and fees found within Chapters 90 through 134 of the Uniform Development Code to create Appendix A: Definitions, Appendix C: Fees, and Appendix D: Plant List of the Land Development Code, and to adopt such appendices contemporaneously with forthcoming ordinances.

Interested parties may appear at the Commission Meeting to be heard on the subjects and are advised that any presentation they make to the Dunedin City Commission will be encouraged to be as concise as possible and that the Commission may limit the time of each individual to permit maximum participation by the public at large.

Any appeal to a decision of the Dunedin City Commission with respect to any matter considered will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based - per Florida Statute 286.0105.
