  • Pipe Band Monthly Concert in the Park

    Come join the City of Dunedin Pipe Band on March 5, for their monthly concert series in Pioneer Park in Downtown Dunedin. Our concerts are always FREE and family friendly. Bring a chair and come listen to some great music!

  • Penny for Pinellas Renewal Presentation

    Renewal of the Penny for Pinellas local sales tax from 2020 through 2029 will go to voter referendum November 7, 2017. If approved, the City anticipates approximately $40 million in revenue in the next decade. City Commission and staff are seeking public input on infrastructure projects that will best serve our community needs with Penny for Pinellas funding. A public meeting was held on February 20, 2017 at the Dunedin Library. This presentation was discussed at the meeting and residents shared their thoughts and ideas. A Commission Workshop will be held on March 14, 2017 in Commission Chambers at City Hall for further discussion.


    Please note from MONDAY, February 27, thru FRIDAY, March 10, 8PM TO 7AM the Dunedin Bascule Bridge (East bridge) on the Dunedin causeway will be closed to all but local traffic due to Pinellas County painting the underside of the bridge.

  • City of Dunedin Downtown Parking Plan 2.0 Adds More Free Parking

    Effective February 13, 2017 the City of Dunedin adopts changes to the current Downtown Pilot Parking Plan and will offer more free parking to residents and visitors. This ordinance change was approved by the City Commission at the February 2, 2017 City Commission meeting. The Downtown Parking Plan is a one year pilot program that was implemented in October, 2016 to offset the current costs of leased lots that the City pays for and to raise funds for a potential parking garage in the future.
