  • Watering Restrictions Unchanged for Dunedin Residents.
    SWFWMD Modified Phase II Water Restrictions starting May 9, 2012 extending through July 31, 2012 are currently incorporated in Dunedin’s current restrictions. No additional actions by residents are necessary at this time.

    InterlocalRecreation Programs Now More Affordable and Convenient!
    Residents of Dunedin now have a wider array of recreational programs to choose from at a better price. The City of Dunedin has entered into a new Interlocal Agreement with the Cities of Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar and Safety Harbor. The program allows individuals with a Dunedin recreation card to participate in recreational programs offered at these other cities, without incurring additional non-resident charges.

    The City of Dunedin has advanced to the Florida Green Local Government gold-level designation for environmental stewardship after it successfully met the sustainability standards established in the FGBC Green Local Government Certification program.

    MangoDunedin Public Library is pleased to announce that it now offers the Mango Languages online language-learning system to its patrons. Mango is free for all library patrons, and offers a fast and convenient solution for our community's increasing language-learning needs. Each lesson combines real life situations and audio from native speakers with simple, clear instructions. Users learn actual conversation, breaking down complex conversational elements within an audio-visual framework that allows the user to draw important connections between pieces of information they have already learned.     ORANGEWOOD STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
    Project construction will begin on Tuesday,August 23, 2011 and continue over the next 10 to 12 months. Please click here to see the full project overview, schedule, detour maps and updates.

    Lake Sperry Drainage Improvement Project
    Drainage improvements are planned to start week of May 14 for St. Christopher Dr. Detors/lane closures may occur day and or/ night. The project should take 2-3 weeks to complete.
